ALL ITEMS CONNECTED BY GAS, WATER, AND ELECTRICAL MUST BE DISCONNECTED BY THE BUYER. BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS AND HELP, AS YOU ARE RESPONSABLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS.
