1. Terms: Cash, Letter of Credit, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Bank Draft. Nothing is to be removed until paid for or method of payment clears the bank.
2. All items are sold as-is, where-is, and lie at the purchaser’s risk immediately. Any description as to condition or otherwise as set forth on each piece is in no way a warranty or guarantee actual or implied.
3. The items have been displayed and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the conditions, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever.
4. No person shall bid on any lot (a) of which he is the consignor; or (b) as agent, associate on behalf of the consignor.
5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
6. In case of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final.
7. All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the sale.
8. N.S.F. cheques or stoppage of payment will be turned over to legal authorities and all costs will lie at the purchaser’s expense.
9. All bidders are bound by their signature or bidders registration agreement or registration online.
10. All bidders are responsible for all items charged to their Bidding Number.
11. I (we), the Bidder agree to assign any and all properties, goods, or chattels to the selling agent (or Auction Company) under the Personal Properties Securities Act in order that they may recover any monies owing against purchases whether arising from N.S.F. cheques, unpaid purchases to my bid number, or uncleared credit cards plus ALL incurred costs to recover funds.
