8. N.S.F. cheques or stoppage of payment will be turned over to legal authorities and all costs will lie at the purchaser’s expense.

10. All bidders are responsible for all items charged to their Bidding Number.

I (we), the Bidder agree to assign any and all properties, goods, or chattels to the selling agent (or Auction Company) under the Personal Properties Securities Act in order that they may recover any monies owing against purchases whether arising from N.S.F. cheques, unpaid purchases to my bid number, or uncleared credit cards plus ALL incurred costs to recover funds.
