1. This is a LIVE TIMED ONLINE AUCTION SALE.

3. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the sale of such lot.
4. Payment in full must be made at the time of or before goods are picked up.
5. Any items not picked up, or without a pre-arranged pickup date within 7 days of auction end, become the property of Avonroy Auctions and purchase price will be forfeited with no refunds given.
6. Any items which remain unpaid 72 hrs after auction ends will be automatically charged to the credit card registered with.
