5. Goods sold to a purchaser lie at there risk immediately.
6. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in cases of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final.
7. All goods are available for inspection before the sale and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to identity, authenticity, condition, year and mileage and shall not be permitted to make objection after the sale on any ground whatsoever.
