Restricted - Ruger Model New Vaquero in 357 Magnum - This single action 6 shot revolver appears to be in very good working order. Barrel is 117MM, rifling is good to very good, stainless steel finish is good to very good, fixed front sight, integral rear sight, wood grips are very good. Comes with original case, cable lock and manual. Serial # 513-42742.
This is a restricted handgun and under the federal firearms legislation, can only be sold to an exempted individual (contact Canadian Firearms Program for information), other businesses with Business Firearms License (BFL) or exported out of country.
We can have the handgun deactivated for a fee of $200.00 to $300.00 by a licensed gunsmith and then you do not need any license to own it.
If you have a PAL or RPAL (Possession & Acquisition License) we can strip the handgun for parts and ship the parts less the frame to you for an additional $80.00 fee. We may not be able to get the barrel off of some revolvers.
If you do not have a PAL we can strip the handgun for parts and ship the parts less the frame, barrel and magazine to you for an additional $80.00 fee.
If you think the firearm legislation will be changed back to the way it was, you can purchase this handgun and we can transfer it to our business inventory. We will store it for you until the handgun laws (hopefully) change. You will be charged $12.00 & GST per month for storage.
Out of country bidders must have an exporter service with BFL that we can transfer the firearm to.

Shipping Details:
The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping costs and we don’t charge a handling fee. Shipping insurance on expensive items will only be applied if we are emailed and asked to insure the winnings after the auction has ended. We may charge for a shipping box (approximately $3.00 to $7.00) or we will use a recycled box at no charge if we have one.
Shipping available throughout Canada only, with all items being shipped through Canada Post. The shipping process will begin once your credit card payments are finalised. All shipping cost will be paid by credit card.
Local pickup is available after transfer of handgun has been processed through the Canadain Firearms Program. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Payment Details:
Your credit card provided to us through icollector will be charged for your full invoice shortly after the end of the sale. When we ship your purchases, we will then charge your credit card for shipping at that time.
We only receive the information given when you sign up to bid on our auction. Please make sure all information is correct such as whether you want your items shipped or held for pickup, your credit card information and anything else you are asked. If we get the wrong information, it may delay shipping of your purchases.
We have a shortage of storage space caused by items not being picked up. As of now any items not picked up within 3 MONTHS will be FORFEITED to C & R Endeavors Ltd.
Accepted Payment Methods:
All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. We do our best to ensure the information in the item listings are accurate but it is only a guide. No sale shall be invalidated for any reason or by defect or inaccuracy of description in the item listings or otherwise. A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid. We use a rating system of Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, Like New and New to rate the condition of our rifles and shotguns. Poor (Less than 30%), Fair (31% To 55%), Good (56% to 75%) and Very Good (76% to 90%), Like New (91% to 99%).
You must provide a valid PAL before purchasing firearms. No firearms will be shipped out of Canada. All shipments of firearms will only be shipped to the address on file with the Canadian Firearms Program.
All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items. See payment terms and shipping.
