5.In the event that the supplied credit card is either a) Declined or b) has insufficient funds to settle the bidders invoice, A D Auction Depot Inc. reserves the right to either cancel all bids and/or sell the bidders goods to the runner up bidder without notifying the bidder.
6.A D Auction Depot Inc. does not arrange any shipping and/or fill out any shipping documents. If you cannot arrange your own shipping, please do not bid.
7.All purchases must be picked up within the pick up deadline of 10 days after purchase. All items not removed by this deadline will be discarded or resold. You will not be refunded if you do not pick up your items by the deadline.
