Spray-Tech free standing paint booth with Unitized Indoor air make-up system, internal dimensions 28' X 13' 9" x 9' high with three panel 9' wide x 8' 11" high door, approx. 12ft tall, fitted with fire suppression sprinklers. Natural gas heated air make-up system. - Note: The design of this system with the booth top unitized air make up unit means that NO building roof top crane is required. See photos for clarification, approximately 4' section of pipe at ceiling will remain with the building, buyer will remove ducting below. Bidders are responsible for picking up, loading, repackaging, dismantling and all other tasks related to getting their items.
Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due before the first Wednesday following the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Online only auction. Auto-pilot program runs the auction like a live auction. The first lot sells at the advertised start time and all lots follow consecutively. Items sell after 15 seconds without a bid before opening the next lot.
Items are only shipped through Canada Post and must fit in their package limits. Pickup times will be attached to the invoice following the auction.
Anything larger or restricted is the responsibility of the buyer.
