Sterling silver engraved Vesta match case with striker. Spring lid closes with light pressure, hinge in a good state. Engraved in a filigree style on both sides, the front with a space for a monogram. The is a fixing loop on the rear edge to allow for the match case to be attached to a belt or chain, and a striker panel on the underside to ignite non-safety matches
Made in a slightly curved style, the front panel is slightly indented presumably from pressure being applied at some time.
Made by W.G.K who operated in Birmingham between 1902 & 1920, the item has a Birmingham assay date of 1908.
Approx 4 cm (1,5 in) tall, 3 cm ( 1 in) wide, and weighs 18,43 gr

We will ship all over the world. Buyer pays for shipping. At the end of the auction, we will calculate shipping and add it to your final invoice. If you win multiple items, we will combine shipping. We will pack your item with a professional packer using the safest materials.
Payment Details:
Payment has to be done within 24 hours after the auction.

No statement made online, on the description label, or verbally prior to or during the sale shall be deemed to express any warranty, representation, or assumption of responsibility by the Auction House or the Seller.
2. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium is charged on all items for auction sale above the auction sale price. The purchase price including buyer's premium must be paid in full by the successful bidder within 24 hours of the auction.
3. RESERVE or MINIMUM PRICES: If a lot is offered subject to a reserve or minimum price (the confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold), the Auctioneer may implement such reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor, whether by opening bidding or continuing bidding until the reserve is obtained, or by placing consecutive bids, or bids in response to other bidders.
4. BIDDING: The Auction House reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders the Auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reopen bidding.
5.Item must be paid off within 48 hrs after the completion of the auction.
6.The total sales price of an item includes the hammer price plus a 15% buyer's premium. Framing for unframed artwork, packing, shipping, and insurance is extra. We accept paypal and wire transfer. Please check with us if you have any question regarding payment or any other subject.
