• We ship worldwide.
• ALL shipping charges must be made by credit card regardless of invoice payment method.
• Items are packaged in house the week after the sale. Can take 3 weeks to ship large auctions.
• Items too large for postal shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

INSURANCE: Shipments have the default $100 insurance only. If you would like to pay more it costs $2.25 per $100 up to a max $5000 in Canada. (Max $1000 to America). Reply if you'd like to pay for more insurance. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their items can be insured.

• Buyers must notify Ward’s Auctions within 24 hours after the completion of the auction, if they plan to pick up their purchases or have them shipped.
• IMPORTANT: Reply to your invoice email or instructions email to change your shipping or pickup status. Do not call the office.
Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due before the first Wednesday following the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
Invoice and shipping costs may be charged separately depending on a lot of factors.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Online only auction. Auto-pilot program runs the auction like a live auction. The first lot sells at the advertised start time and all lots follow consecutively. Items sell after 15 seconds without a bid before opening the next lot.
