There is a 10% buyers fee---5% internet fee--and a $100.00 deposit on each unit purchased - NO EXCEPTIONS. The deposit is paid directly to each U-Haul location purchased from. To obtain a key to the unit that you have purchased, the deposit must be paid to Uhaul Storage. Once the unit has been emptied, cleaned & the key returned, the deposit will be returned upon inspection of unit.
All units will be sold AS IS - WHERE IS by picture only with no guarantees given to what is in each unit.
