Tang Horses:
The Tang Dynasty (618 - 907 AD) - one of the most brilliant periods in China's long history - was characterized by a golden age in arts, literature, design and culture. Tang artisans favored the horse because of its remarkable value and skills in both farming and battle. The selection of Tang Horses here reflects the famous tri-color drip glaze technique perfected during this era.
The art of ceramics flourished during the Tang Dynasty (618-907). One of the major developments of this Dynasty came with the introduction of varicolored, soft glazes for use on ceramics. The most famous Tang Dynasty ceramic pieces include earthenware objects with tricolor glazes, amber, green and yellow. Ceramic horses were included in the tombs of the Tang Dynasty to ensure that the dead enjoyed the pleasures of life on earth. Chinese literature from that era portrays troupes of great imperial horses that were adorned with elaborate outfits and ate from elegant utensils.

Shipping Details:
We will ship all over the world. Buyer pays for shipping. At the end of the auction, we will calculate shipping and add it to your final invoice. If you win multiple items, we will combine shipping. We will pack your item with a professional packer using the safest materials.
Payment Details:
Payment has to be done within 24 hours after the auction.

WARRANTY: Each lot is sold 'AS IS', and neither the Auction House nor the auctioneer warrants or represents, nor shall be responsible for, the description, genuineness, provenance, importance, or condition of a lot. No statement made online, on the description label, or verbally prior to or during the sale shall be deemed to express any warranty, representation, or assumption of responsibility by the Auction House or the Seller.
2. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium is charged on all items for auction sale above the auction sale price. The purchase price including buyer's premium must be paid in full by the successful bidder within 24 hours of the auction.
3. RESERVE or MINIMUM PRICES: If a lot is offered subject to a reserve or minimum price (the confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold), the Auctioneer may implement such reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor, whether by opening bidding or continuing bidding until the reserve is obtained, or by placing consecutive bids, or bids in response to other bidders.
4. BIDDING: The Auction House reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders the Auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reopen bidding.
5.Item must be paid off within 48 hrs after the completion of the auction.
6.The total sales price of an item includes the hammer price plus a 15% buyer's premium. Framing for unframed artwork, packing, shipping, and insurance is extra. We accept paypal and wire transfer. Please check with us if you have any question regarding payment or any other subject.
